He holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and later a Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration, which he obtained in 2016. He has 30 years of working experience in tendering, pre- and post-contract administration, and development feasibility studies, spanning construction, turnkey construction, project management, and property development. His project experience covers high-rise residential, township, mixed, mall, and commercial developments.

Prior to his appointment as Assistant General Manager, he headed the Project Department's contract team for the Batu Kawan and Taman Equine townships. Over the course of his career, he has served with several Malaysian public listed companies, including Bridgecon Holdings Berhad, Glomac Berhad, and Malaysia Pacific Corporation Berhad, where he was involved in developments such as Bandar Sri Permaisuri and Taman Nusa Damai.

He has no family relationship with any director and/or major shareholder of the Company, no conflict of interest or potential conflict of interest with the Company or its subsidiaries, has not been convicted of any offence within the past five years, and has not been subject to any public sanction or penalty imposed by any regulatory body during the financial year.
